Not able to transport the changes done in standard SAP Adhoc reports to PRD

Hi,

I am not able to transport the changes done in standard SAP Adhoc reports to PRD.

Transport request is proper and on stms of PRD server the transport request has been fully transported. But still the changes do not appear in the standard infosets. These infosets belong to Global Area client.

Please let me know the method for transporting changes done in standard infosets in global area to Prd.
