    Hi,

Go in SPRO >> Enterprise Structure >> Definition >> Financial Accounting >> Edit, Copy, Delete, Check Company Code >> Edit Company Code Data.

Select your existing company code and click on copy as button and create new company.

Do same process for other company code.

    Hi,

If you want to change the G/L based on the plants, you need to change the valuation modifier after copying from your existing plant.Or else you can go with the same settings in OBYC after creation.

Also check the factory calendar (if you use a different one for the new plant)/Address and change these things, if required.

    Regadrs,

    Deepak.

Copy function in Organizational units is always advisable so that all the relevant tables automatically copied for the new Plant from the old Plant. or any Org element in the Structure. Manual creation may cause errors for missing table data.

    Hi,

You can defines the two plant using copying procedure, advantage of this procedure is that all the dependent entry will also get copied along with defining the new plant.

    hope it helps...
