MRP Planning Only for Demand order

Dear all ,

I have demand order and STO (Stock Transfer Order ) for same material , if i run the MRP Planning for the Material (MD02),After that System will tell hw much want to Produce qty,,here System calculating both order , But i need MRP planning only for Demand order,,,,

Can u pls explain hw to do ,,?

Shankar JJ ,

Goto OPJJ and select the Scope Of Check for SD which u have used in ur scinairo and Un-Check the "Stock In Transfer " .

Now try with MD02 , it will not allow STO in MRP run .

In transaction OPJJ , for the availability check you have maintained in material master & the checking group for MRP combination, leave the 'Incl.rel.order reqs' blank so that it will not include stock transfer order in the MRP run.

In OPJJ if i select the Scope Of Check for SD and Un-Check the "Stock In Transfer "

will this affect in pp....

i am not able to find "Scope Of Check for SD",,,

Hi

1.U should go to OPJJ :Availabilty Check Control (PP) : Select Availabilty Check 01/02 according to the material master u have assingened in MRP3.This will be with Checking rule at OPJJ.

Now at In ward/Out Ward Movement Type tab : Include Rel Order Requirement : Put this blank.

Try MD02 and revert
