Hi All,
when i process any service desk support msg. from new status to in process or customer actionreq. or confirm, i define automatic mails for msg requester by smartform CRM_REMINDER_MAIL_01. on all three status change event mail are created and update goes in users mailbox.
My problem is all having sender ID as
CUST_SCOUT CUST_SCOUT xyz.co.in>
however , as i think it should be msg processor details.
Kindly suggest.
