COHV close prod order which is settled

Dear SAPper,

in COHV mass processing we would like to close/complete order which had been settled.

but when i check the production order there is no system status updated when we do KO88 (Prod order settlement). The status we could only get is just VCAL(Variance Calculated) which means the variance had been calculated with KKS2.

We check status SETT (Settled) in production order too, but there is not SETT in the production order after settlement

Is there anyway we can close/complete production order which has been settled in mass processing?

Please kindly help.

Best regards,

Freddy Ha

There is no Production Order status SETT which can be used to fetch the Settled Production Orders.

For this refer the SAP Note No. 23295.

Now after the Period end closing activities are done, then most of the production orders will be settled.

Instead of CLOSE you can have the Deletion Flag (DLFL).

CLSD and DLFL will have thye same effect and conditions..

So with the Program PPARCHP1, set all the Production Orders to DLFL.

Afterwards you can put DLT and Archive.

    Hope this helps..

      Dear Kumar,

Yes after i read that note i think you are right.

Afterall the order that is VCAL and not settle can not be closed or deleted because it is not balance.

Thank for your idea and help.

      Good day.

Happy xmas and new year kumar.

      best regards,

      Freddy Ha

    Dear Halim,

In COHV u can close max 99 orders in one excecution. If u use CORM u can close all together. I feel to close and to do TECO of the orders in mass CORM is most usefull than COHV. Try this
