Unable to log on to Universe Builder:

I was not able to log onto to universe builder. It is giving me Internal Problem. In details I am getting Open Session: Unexpected Error. I installed Crystal report 2008, Business Objects XI3.1. I am trying to creates universe using SAP BI reports.

I was able log to Universe builder with Standalone authentication selection.

Please help me to resolve this problem
