I am trying to upload the basis, PI patch at that time i am suffer from this scrren, i cant understand what is this? will anybody explain that

phase RUN_SPDD_?:information on object modified in system.

The ABAP dictionary objects were ignored completely. This means that all imported ABAP Dictionary objects are not available in your system in tye shipped original state. The system detected however that one of the ABAP dictionary object in the support packages have been modified in your system.

Whether you want to retain or restore the changes you have made. To do this, call transaction SPAD

If you have modified SAP objects from the add-on that you want to install, you must adjust these objects when you import them. Transaction SPDD adjusts Dictionary objects, and transaction SPAU adjusts Repository objects.

    Please read :

    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_sm32/helpdata/en/c6/068d380be34e6ce10000009b38f842/frameset.htm

If the patch upgrade is on a live system ( where users have customized and developers have created/modified programs, then you should do the modification adjustment. If its a fresh installation without any work done, you can ignore the modification adjustment.

    Regards,
