Dear All,

I have to cancel a service entry sheet.

It is really required to configure a release procedure for Service Entry Sheet?Cant we do without It???

How to cancel an accepted Service entry Sheet??

I tried Cancelling the material document for Movement type 101 which gets generated on its own during ML81N.I got error and redirected to transactions MBST,ML85,,

Any thoughts on this

Hi,

You can cancle the service entry sheet(SES) in ML81N.

Enter your SES no. and goto change mode.

There is one revoke tab click on that and now you can change the SES or if required you can delete.

Once you delete the SES automatically 102 will be updated in PO history tab.

Release procedure for Service Entry Sheet is not mandetory but only for control purpose and it will depend on client requirement. You can proceed without it.

Hello,

For cancelling service entry sheet you can go to ML81N >> Select the service entry sheet number >> click on change icon >> now cilck on the revoke button and save >> system will generate 102 movement in background for this. Later on you can again accept or you can delete the service entry sheet as per your requirement.

Hi,

Cancellation of released service entry sheet is done directly in ML81N transaction. Yet, the movement type in this particular case shall be 102 (instead of 101).
