Credit Block for delivery

User using vl01n to create delivery, but there have an error "Order blocked for delivery as a result of credit check". Acutally, I have applied the credit control in sales order, but I don't want applied in delivery, what's wrong in the config? Thanks!

Hi Portfolio,

You are creating delivery with respect to order.Am I right?

As your order is related to credit check so you are getting this message.

Relese you blocked order by using the T.Code VKM3 and release your order then create delivery.

You will not get this message again.

Acutally, i wonder that my config is when the credit limit is exceeded, the sales order cannot be created, so the sales can be issued that means it pass the credit check, so why cannot do the delivery? Thanks!

Note: Meanwhile, check with:

T. Code: VKM3

Enter the Sales Document Number and press execute and then using the release button you can release the order for delivery

You can also increase the credit limit in T. Code: FD32

What you configured is correct !

System response also correct!

Credit block is available in the sales order only.

Due to credit block in the sales document system is not allowing the user to create the delivery for that sales order.

If you want to release the sales order use VKM3 transaction then do the delivery.

Dear Portfolio,

As per SAP Standard Practice, The Sales order which has been blocked because of Credit check , A delivery cannot be created for that.

VKM3

Input the Sales Order Release it and Save It.

Then Create the Delivery.

Hi,

You had enabled the credit management for the order. So your order got blocked.

Go to VKM3, enter the sale order number & release it from credit block.

Now try creating the delivery.
