unable to launch integration builder

Hi all,

We have recently upgraded the system to sp17 and after upgradation when we try to op-en the integration builder we are getting an error UNABLE TO LAUNCH INTEGRATION BUILDER could you please suggest on this.

Quick responce would be appriciated.

Hi,

Check this blog and follow these steps.

For reinitializing goto SXMB_IFR--->Administration tab ->Java webstart administration.>Reinitialize

For deleting cache you can goto control panel-->Java/Java webstart and here you can find the delete files option under tab General->Temporary files-->settings.

hi,,

which version oF IE u r working for .. if is IE7.0 it wont work , try to install IE6.0

try to reinsatll ur java web start 1.5 or 1.6.

Hi,

Quick check for following things.

1) Check for port number.

2) Client java web start configuration and Versions.

3) IE settings.

kindly instal or update java web start and also check ur internet settings to be done
