Problem during Move-in-No schedule record found for portion XX before date

Former Member

Hi,

We found an error while doing move-in.The error message is "No schedule record found for portion XX before 09.01.2009".

We have checked that schedule records are already created.

Actually we created a new portion and we assigned an existing mru to it.

As that MRU was earlier in a different portion and we changed it to the new portion then we created schedule records.

After that we are doing move-in for a bp which falls under that mru and portion.

Please guide me when a new portion is created, is it required to activate all the mrus of that portion?

Please guide. It will be a great help.

Thanks and Regards

Hi,

Thanks for your reply please.

Please tell what should be the sequence of creation of schedule records?

Should we first create Schedule Records for Portion and then MRU or reverse?

The following is output from existing schedule record display from E43C.

Output display from E43C for Portion:XXXX

XXXX 10.11.2008 10.11.2008

XXXX 10.12.2008 10.12.2008

XXXX 10.01.2009 12.01.2009

XXXX 10.02.2009 10.02.2009

XXXX 10.03.2009 10.03.2009

Output display from E43C for MRU: YYYY

YYYY 09.09.2008 29.08.2008 27.08.2008

YYYY 09.10.2008 29.09.2008 27.09.2008
