Leave Encashment on Separation - Add to Annual Perk

Dear Experts,

I want the system to calulate Annual Perk on Wagetype :1120- Annual Perk on Separation.

Plz let me know the steps .

hi

if you want the system to calculate the leaves whilest the employee is seperated.

you can configure for time quota compensation 0416, which will be having updated information on how many leaves are available to be encashed. while configuring the termination or seperation action include IT0416 and you can encash it.

or Technical wage type /128 also calculates the leave amount.

either ways you can let the encashment done.

(ie the Wagetype should be included in Calcualtion on Annual Perk).
