Partial data in os06

Hi all sap gurus,

The os06 tcode in the sap system shows only the following data.

No Values for CPU AND Disk with highest response time in st06.

When you go to detailed analysis menu---compare all servers.Its is showing only two app servers(only 2 out of 6).

I checked the saposcal it is runing fine.and also 688131.Everything is fine.But do't know why it is not showing full data.

Platforms:sap ecc5,sql server 2005 is the database and windows 2003 in the os.

Please help me in solving the issue.

Note 1045559 - ST06: History data not available for server

Note 964109 - ST06: TOP CPU display is incorrect

Note 431495 - Hourly values for ST06 history are incorrect
