I maintained all pide settings in r/3 system and I defined queues via smqr and also released all queues.

When i started initial load for customer_main, in r3am1 status showing as u201D runningu201D from 4 days (here customer data is 250) at the same time for this object there is no queues are generated in crm system.

In r/3 system (smq2) it showing that "bapi_crm_save" function module is not exiting.

I need some input to download this object. And kindly give some inputs for this, where I made wrong

In r/3 system (smq2) it showing that "bapi_crm_save" function module is not exiting.

You should see SMQ2 in CRM. In your case the customers are coming from R/3. You need to chank SMQ1(R/3) and SMQ2(CRM).

When you R3AS, Pls check if you specifed correctlly the soucrce and traget systems.

Then the problem is with filter settings. Pls check you filter settings.

      1) First remove your all flter settings

      2) Try to do Request download using R3AR4 for single customer

      3) Check if the customer is downloaded .

      4) Then apply your filter settings and synchorize with R/3.
