    Hi Toby,

    Please refer to the Web Dynpro Component WDR_TEST_EVENTS

    Here you can find all the details about what you are looking for.

    Best Regards

      Hi Ramchander,

      Many thanks for your reply.

      I have looked at the example for DropDownByKey which works fine with a domain level field list,

      but if the help context is derived from a check table the dropdown is empty.

      I put some code together to populate the drop down programmatically from the wdoninit method.

      This however is not without it's problems.

      Do you know of a better way of doing this?

      METHOD wddoinit .

      DATA: lr_node_info TYPE REF TO if_wd_context_node_info,

      wa_value_set TYPE wdr_context_attr_value,

      lt_value_set TYPE TABLE OF wdr_context_attr_value.

      TYPES : BEGIN OF itab_diet,

      description TYPE c_diett-description,

      identifier TYPE c_diett-identifier,

      END OF itab_diet.

      DATA: itab_diet TYPE STANDARD TABLE OF c_diett,

      wa_diet_values TYPE itab_diet.

      SELECT * FROM c_diett INTO TABLE itab_diet.

      APPEND wa_diet_values TO itab_diet.

      lr_node_info = wd_context->get_node_info( ).

      lr_node_info = lr_node_info->get_child_node( 'DIETVALUES' ).

      LOOP AT itab_diet INTO wa_diet_values.

      wa_value_set-value = wa_diet_values-identifier.

      wa_value_set-text = wa_diet_values-description.

      INSERT wa_value_set INTO TABLE lt_value_set.

      lr_node_info->set_attribute_value_set( name = 'TEMP'

      value_set = lt_value_set ).
