Hi friends,

It is a new installation of ECC 6.0 SR3 , do we need to run SGEN after the installation of ECC 6.0 is completed.

After upgrading to the latest support packages do we need to run SGEN for this new system.

Thanks

YEs - because support packages import new coding which needs to be compiled.

I would regenerate everything (first point in SGEN).

Pls do for all, otherwise you will get slow respone for all t-codes, so better do SGEN

- Check if you have an archiver stuck (Oracle archive directory full)

- check if the system is still doing something (start "top -s 1" on OS level)

Check whether all the work processes are occupied or not and archival stuck also.
