Problem in Absence scheme-U.K specific

Hi Gurus,

I've a scenario where in an employee is on sick leave for the last one year(03.10.2007 to 11.10.2008) and is eligible for maximum 26 Entittlement weeks(Absence scheme is setup on a rolling year basis).

But the problem is that the employee is getting more entitlement than what he is supposed to get.

This may be due to the fact that absences are maintained on a week basis in this case(03..10.2007-06.10.2007,08.10.2007-13.10.2007 and so on) which is creating difference of 4 days at the last record.

Can anybody suggest how should we maintain the absences so that the employee gets the right entitlement?

Points assured for help....

Thanks

Sushil

    HI,

You have to change this in absence counting rules and have to check for all the week days like Saturday and Sunday.
