Hi ,

My clients requirement is as follows:

When sales order is of 1 qty then production order should be of 2 qty. Means my selling unit is pair. How can it be done? Please advice.

Thanks in advance

    Hi,

For this scenario, while creating the BOM for that material you can change the base quantity as 2 in transaction OS28. So that it will take two Nos as base quantity.

    Hope it will work.

    Regards,

    Hi ,

You can address this using alternate unit also.

For e.g.keep ur Sales Unit as 'Pair' & Base Unit/Production Unit as 'Ea'.

    1 Pair = 2 Ea

Whenever Sales Order comes, requirement will be in 'Pair' & planning & Production will be in 'Ea'.

    Try this......It might be helpful.
