The deletion of a PO item is just an marker for next archiving run, nothing more.

If you want restrict good receipt, then you should block the item instead of deletion, alternative you can enter a last GR date.

    Hi

GR cannot be done for a PO line item whcih is flagged for deletion.

Please check in the PO item changes when the PO line item was deleted & when the GR was made.

IN Me23N Select the line item , click on Environment -> Item Changes

    Thanks & Regards

    Hi

If PO line item has been deleted you cannot make GR for that line item - you get an error message no suitable purchasing documents found.

Please check the GR time/date in material document and deletion indicator set time/date for PO item in item changes .

    Thanks
