How to assign report to user

Hi Guru's,

I want to assign one report to my user.how can i achieve this in ECC 5.0(BW3.5).

is there any Business content roles/ profiles/authorization so that user can only execute the report.

Hi

Roles & authorizations -- go to PFCG -- Assign the user RRMX -- Include the Query into his profile.

I think you can save a workbook unde menu in a role (pfcg) and assign that role to the user.

In the role provide authorisation for t-code RRMX.
