    Hi Rakesh,

Could you pls tell me which verssion of SAP you are using? If you are using SAP ECC6.0 with DIMP Component you can achieve this directly from maintenance order. The procedure is as follows,

You do one thing,, First of all you have to maintain Material provision indicator in SPRO node Define Material Provision Indicators Tcode-OICO with recursive indicator, Maintain operation with external control key with following settings, like PM02 settings . Maintain the same in operation and check the subcontract check box on operation overview. Then it will ask for component then select the component which you want to send it out side, and select component line item go to General button then you will find Material provision indicator in General Indicators sub screen maintain this field. To get this indicator you have to do settings in SPRO at Define Material Provision Indicators with Recursive Indicator. Once you release or save order based on your settings PR will generate with Item category D-subcontract and Account assignment F-Order
