Goods Issue for Production Order

Dear All,

I am trying to issue the goods for the production order in MIGO, it is throwing an error saying no selectable item in the order.

I have created it, checked for missing part, no missing parts, released the order.

Then I tried to issue goods at that time the error comes give me some idea to overcome this.

    Hi Srini

In MIGO we cannot do goods issue referring a production order. Becoz the document items are retrograde components of the order. These should be posted using the order confirmations.

So select MIGo and then select goods issue and select other.

Enter the material, qty, plant, storage location, batch and in the account assignment tab enter the production order number and do the issue with mvt type 261.

By this way we can issue goods for a production order in MIGO but not with ref to prodcution order number in header.

Check and close the thread if issue is resolved.

    Hi,

If you activate the PP module to use production order, you should use standard t-code CO15 or CO11N to do production order confirmation, not use MIGO!

    Good day
