Structure Refresh

Hi All,

Is it work properly "Structure Refresh " option for SAP OLAP Universe ?

becuase i am getting problem every time when i go for above option like i am getting data for some fields like # or Not assigned.

please suggest me

Hi,

There are some know issues concerning OLAP universes refresh structure.

Some of these issues are bugs and limitations.

This feeture will be completely revisited in XI3.1 SP2 (planned for end Q2 2009) to take into account those limitations and general feedback gathered from customers, RIGs and field people.

This will add several parameters at generation and refresh time in order to be more efficient and minimize administration.

By the way, as the Refresh Structure is concerned about updating universes metadata, I don't understand and there is no reason for having an impact on Not assigned data.

Please give more details if you want to have people help you.
