sales order issue

Dear all,

I'm not clear about Cancel a sales order. How to do?

Help me pls,

    Dear Quang,

    There are two options:

    1. If you have not created any further process for the Sales Order then you can delete it. Goto VA02, enter Sales Order number press Enter. From the Tool bar (first line on the screen) select Sales Document & Delete.

    But the above is not a recomended practive.

    2. You can close the Sales Order by entering Reason for Rejection. Goto to VA02, Enter the Sales ORder Number & press enter. Click on the Reason for Rejection tab & reject the require items by entering the required reason. No go to Document flow & you can see the status of the Document as completed. After t his you cannot carry any subsequent processes for this Sales Order.

    Dear Quang

    You can either delete the sale order or change the status of the sale order.

    To delete a sale order, go to VA02, input the sale order and execute. Now from top menu bar, click on "Sales document -- Delete". This is possible only if there is no subsequent documents. If there is subsequent documents, then select the line item and click on "Reason for Rejection", assign some reason and save.

    Now check the document flow in whch the status of the sale order would have been changed to "Completed" from "Being Processed".

    HI

    IF u have created further documents u have to cancel all of them

    Cancel the invoice

    reverse PGI

    cancel delivery document

    now u can delete the sales order but is not recommended instead u can give reason for rejection in VA02
