Overtime compensation without time evaluation

Dear All,

If I want to configure overtime and compensate it through payroll without time evaluation then how can I do it. Also if the overtime is to compensate considering the total gross salary of an employee(Infotype-0008) in such case then how can be the configuration for overtime?

Give me some idea about the schema & rules for overtime which considering the overtime compensation without time evaluation.

    without time evaluation means the time status in IT0007 will be set as 0 right

      For this, you have to create Overtime Wage Type in 2010 infotype (Employee Remuneration Infotype). Overtime hours should be maintained in the 2010 info type. Then you have to modify the rule X930 for calculating Overtime.

    Create the one attendance type as a Overtime or offsite work. and maintain the attendance infotype for the employee in days.

    And copy the sub schema TW15 to ZW15 then copy the standard rule TO01 to ZO01. then change rule in the












    Do like that.

    Call the rule in the schema. Maintain the attendance for the employee after work schedule like 17 to 20 hours. Once you can check the TGMAX in the constant table , because how many maximum no.of.hours are there.

    Whatever wage types you create for calculation of overtime, that wag type select in the table of V_512W_B in this table maintain valuation basis is 01 and give percentage is whatever percentage do you want like 100%

    Valuation basis Statemetnwage type percentage

    01 100

    01 125

    01 130

    After maintain the PC17 to specification "A" in the table of V_512W_D.

    In this way maintain the percentage for wage types.

    Then it is calculate the overtime amount.
