    Hi Subash,

Fixed bin is used where you are not activating the WMS, to identify the place of the material which you have stored.

Fixed bin number is not only the Bin nuber, it can be place / location also ( depends on how u will give numbering)

If the biin is full which you have identify with some name.... then place Bigger Bin in that location or Identify that location as Bin Number and give same Bin number to both the bins.

Hope this will solve your purpose

    Regards

    Anand

What do you do physically if this fixed bin is full?

Reject goods receipt or storing it somewhere else.

Storing it somewhere else means you changed the putaway strategy (physically), hence you have to do the same in SAP, to allow SAP to act accordingly.
