Hi All,
I have a scenario for configuring holiday calendar.
we have ministerial and technical staff.
2nd and 4th saturdays are applicable to only ministerial staff. but every department has ministerial staff. i am unable to group them at personnel subarea grouping level.
how to solve this problem?
check
V_503_All if it is E and ESG grouping
V_001P_All if it is PA and PSA grouping thru SM30
let me check ur scenario once

Hi Sikindar,
In v_503_all we have groupings for time quota and work schedules and v_001p_all we have groupings for time quota, work schedules and holiday calendar.
I have solved this issue by configuring 2 holiday calendars, but i am unable to assign 2 holiday calendar at Define groupings for Public holiday calendar.
Hi,
I have assigned holiday calendar department wise but in each department there are Ministerial staff.
Here my question is can we use only 1 holiday calendar which caters all the needa?
Needs are:
1. Ministerial staff has to get 2nd &4th saturdays as Off/Paid.
2. Others ESGs has to get Work/Paid.
Please let me know if you still need clarity on this. I have tried the ways which I knew.
Hi,
If EE groups are what that differentiates ministerial staff from technical staff, then you can use different groupings at EE subgroup groupings.
Check this:
SPRO -> Time management -> Work Schedules -> Work Schedule Rules and work schedules -> Define Employee subgroup groupings

Hi,
This you have to do via Employee Subgroup Grouping.. and you have to create WSR accordingly...
