B/S and P & L Accounts

Can any body help me to how to take B/s & P & L Account statements (Path / T code) either at Profit Center level, and at cocd level... (and Cost Center level If possible)

Dear ,

just go to F.01 u can get the C code level balance shet and u can get the Profit certer level in this.

go to dynamic selection on your screen above options. and put the Profit center which u want to see the report

Hi Bejugama,

We cannot get Cost centre wise total TB. because we dont use cost centre for Balance sheet account. Where TB includes both B/S and P&L items.

For cost centre wise details - you can try the t.code S_ALR_87013612 and S_Alr_87013613.

Segment wise you can draw the B/S and P&L. Please check the T.Codes. S_PL0_86000028, where as you give the segment in input fileds and execute.

Can you provide path for generation of TB & B/S and Profit & Loss account .... PC wise, Cocd wise.... Please..?

For TB:

Accounting-->Fin. Accounting -->General Ledger -->Information System -->General Ledger Reports(new) > Account Balances>General --->GL Account balances -->GL Account Balances(New)

For BS & P&L:

Accounting-->Fin. Accounting -->General Ledger -->Information System -->General Ledger Reports(new) --> Financial Statement -->General --->Actual/Actual Comparisions -->Financial Statement:Actual/Actual Comparision
