How can we configure

portray dependencies between with holding tax type

i have configured k1 k2 k3 k4 ka kb kc kd tax types and tax codes

can u tell me how can we  portray dependencies between with holding tax type

what we put in field Dependent on type No: ...........

    Dear MVNR,

    i thing u r using the Tax types and Tax codes 1:1 ration. in this case u can't use the portray dependencies.

    in the earier system there is no SHEC becasue of that they are using the Portray dependencies for calcuation of ECC. but u right now u are using the WTT and WTCodes individually.

    if your want to calculate i will exp..........

    spro-FA-FA global settings-WT-EWT-Calculation-WT base amount -potray dependency between WTT

    Check this configuration

    Portray dependencies between with holding tax types:

    Path: Up to extended with holding tax path is same

    Calculation  with holding tax base amount  portray dependencies between with holding tax type

    Give the country key:

    Enter

    2% K1 45 KA 49

    0.2% K2 46 KB 50

    2% K3 47 KC 51

    2% K4 48 KD 52

    Use of the inherent base: incase of K3 &KD u2013 Education cess is calculation on K1 & KA respective

    Select with hold tax type: K3

    Select details button

    Dependent on type No: 45

    Save

    Save in your request

    Select back arrow

    Select K4, KC &KD

    Select details button

    For K4 u2013 Dependent on type No: 46

    Select new entry button

    For KC u2013 dependent on type No: 49

    Select next entry button

    For KD u2013 Dependent on type No: 50

    Save

      Hi naveen below screen not open to give such fields i have thi sinformation thats the problem

      when i give the country there is no new entry screen its directly goes to wthtype /name

      k1 / / 19

      there is new entry screen what u mention below fileds

    HI MVNR,

    Why you require portray dependencies? whether you are creating separate tax codes or types for Ecess and SHEcess.

    For reporting pupose and in tds certificate, we can display seperate amounts for base,ecess and she cess.

    Create one code for total tax % like 11.33

    and maintain in surcharge table 10%

    and maintain in ecess table 3%

    Then system automatically divides the taxamount into base, ecess and she cess in tds certificate.

    I think this will help you.
