Basic Salary Range Settings e.g. 600 to 700

Hi Gurus,

I am implementing International Payroll and I have a requirement where I have to set a range for basic salary for each grade.

For example:

GRADE 01 Level 01 the Basic salary should be between 600 to 700 SAR.

GRADE 01 Level 02 Basic salary between 701 to 1200

we need a system to throw an error if for a garde and level the amount maintained for Basic pay exceeds the permitted range.

I have done the following Config but its not working:

say my Basic Salary wage type is BS01

then I configured V_T510 as follows

Pay Scale type =PS

Pay Scale Area =HS

ESG= 3

Pay Grade = 'GRADE 01'

Pay Scale Level = '01'

Wage Type = BS01 ; Start and End Date but No Amount

Then I maintained V_T510N as follows:

Pay scale Type= PS ; Pay scale Area= HS; ESG='3'; PS Group/Level='GRADE 01/ Level 01'

and range Min = 600; Maximum= 700; Flagged ERROR Indicator also.

Maintained Valuation of annual salary in VV_T539J_B_ANSAL_AL0

ANSAL 99 ASAL 4 31.12.9999 01.01.1900 BS01 100.00 Basic pay Basic pay

and feature for ANSAL

All this is not working in International Payroll..

Please guide how can I achieve that....

Regards,

KPJ

    Hi,

Have you made sure that your pay scale structure was properly mapped to your Enterprise structure.

Also check the table V_T510W and make sure the entries are in place.
