PD: Message for Summing up the Objectives to 100%

Hi all,

We are having PD appraisal system implementation. Requirement is to give a message incase the sum of all objectives is not summing up to 100%. We made use of the bapi: HRHAP00_VAL_DET and created a new implementation inside that to catch incase objectives exceed 100%. But for some reason its not working. If anyone has worked on a similar scenario, please help us know how to ahchieve the same.
