What is difference between Assigned, Work In Progress, Pending, Resolved, Closed status of of tickets...... in remeady

Hi,

As said yesterday, this is ticket tracking tool. So once you have got a ticket/ Issue you will be assigning it to one of the support consultant who will be looking at the issue.

Assigned - It is used when the issue is received and assigned to a particular consultant

Work in Progress - Used when he issue work is still being worked on

Pending - Used if the solution is given to the concerned core / power user and he is analyzing the solution provided.

Resolved - If he issue is resolved then we can make the status of the issue as resolved, but it can be closed by the user only.

Closed - If the user is satisfied with the solution he will be closing the ticket.
