For documents using batches in transactions, I get the following error -
No matching records found '' (#TMP_OIBT_0) (ODBC -2028) [Message 131-183]
What could this be and how to fix it ?

Seems like a collation related issue
OIBT is item group number table. This temporary table must be somehow related to the original OIBT table.
What is your B1 version and PL? No matching records found is usually associated with wrong data input. You need to check item group code to see if they all corrects. In case you can not find anything wrong, it might be a bug in your B1 system.
