complete replacement of service definitions for sdccn

i'm trying to implememnt note 727998.

since our system can't exchange rfc calls with the outside world i'm

trying to implement according to step 2 section d in the note - where

can i find the SERVDEV.CAR FILE?

i can't log in to any sapservx
