Action Canceled in SR13

Hi All,

I have installed ECC 6.0 SR3 with ABAP+JAVA (MI, DI usage type) on Window Server 2K3 64bit R2 with oracle 10.0.2. I configured the SR13 with HTMLHELPFile on DEV, QAS, MDSD servers with following parameters

SAPHELP
WN32 
IWBHELP
\\IP\saphelp\English\HtmlHelp\HTMLHELP\HELPDATA
EN
Default Checked

when i click on HELP --> SAP Library then received Action Canceled in window right Panel. and when i try to open .chm file from share path in the server or within the LAN then also received Action Canceled. While the PlainHtmlHttp is working fine....

i have also applied this note: Note 857216 - SAP help files (.chm) not displayed correctly but did not solve the problem. Please guide me...
