Hi every one.

I have a situation with transaction ME21N when I create a Purchase Order, the problem is with the triggering event because the system create the event BUS2012-RELEASESTEPCREATE twice; the first one is created normally and it starts the u201Cstandardu201D workflow (WS20000075), and create the workitem to release the document, but at the same time the system creates a second version for this event (which is not logic) and this event deactivate the Workflow standard because some errors occurs with the information in the Event container,u2026.the error message for the second event when deactivate the workflow is u201CImport container contains errors (are any obligatory elements missing?)u201D and the difference between the good event and the bad one is in the u201CReceiver Datau201D blok (the detail in tran SWEL) because in the wrong one doesnu2019t appears the next information:

Object Type WORKITEM

Object Key 000000016177

The installation is: SAP Version: SAP ECC 6.0, Database: DB400, Vers V5R4, Operative system: OS400

My question is, what do I have to do to avoid the triggering event occurs twice in the system?

Thanks a lot

Regards

Felipe Uribe

Hello,

Check SWEC for:

EINKBELEG BUS2012 RELEASESTEPCREATED

with FM "FRE_ORD_EVENT_PO_DB"

Removing it may solve your problem.

Hi,

Check if any user-exit or BADi is active and if the entry in SWEC tcode for the BUS2012 object exits.

This might lead to triggering of the workflow twice.
