PO RECEIPT ISSUE-REceived material not showing in MMBE.

Hi All,

The problem is after receiving in the PO's that have the"yellow icon box", the "material movements" of MMBE & the "on hand quantity" of MMBE are not being reflected. The history is reflected in MMBE. It is not however showing up on "material movements" and "on hand quantity" in the MMBE transaction as it should. None of these items can be issued because the system says there are none "on hand" even though they can be received in.

"yellow icon box"--> It is a yellow cube(filed name Determine all stock) which comes up in between the Storage location field and "EUn" filed in transaction MIGO. Sorry i couldnt attach the screen shot.

Pls let me know if any clarification is needed.

Please check the following:

1) Does the PO have account assignment category? If yes, the material is charged off and will not come into stock.

2) The movement type used to receive in MIGO. Is it 101 or 103 or 107? 101 will bring it in stock, but not the other two - unless you have done 105 or 109 afterward.
