Please tell me the steps for payscale increase....
i.e, after the increase, whether the Basic will be updated to that amount.......

Hi,
You have to run the report RPITRF00
Report RPITRF00 reads the basic pay and checks whether table T510D (dyn. standard pay increase) contains a valid entry for the report period. The entries in T510D contain variants for standard pay increases which are programmed in this report.
If the existing standard pay increase variants do not suffice, you must modify this report and follow this up for each new release.
Table T510D allows you to increase indirectly (in T510) and directly valuated basic pay wage types which begin before a key date and end thereafter and create batch input records.
The list shows indirectly and directly valuated wage types and logs all records which begin or end after the key date together with their payment types.

Hi,
i hired an employee on 01.06.2008....
Now he is having a basic of Rs.10000......
After 31.05.2009 his salary has to be increased by 20%......
How can i configure this so that when i run payroll for the month of june 2009 his salary gets increased by 20%........
Which component will get increased ( Basic?)......
I used the node "Standard Pay Increase" which is in the Basic Pay node....
but the WT for my Basic is not getting updated........
pl help
