Hi Rajan,
Right-Click on the enhancement implementation name. You would see the option Enhancements. When you point the mouse over that, you would see options like,
Create
Change
Try one of the above option.

Hi Rajan,
It looks like a user exit. If you see the enhancement spot name it has the name ZZ.
Either it could be a User Exit or it looks like a custom implementation as it starts with Z.
Check this.
Which is the standard program that you are looking at.?
Best Regards,
Ram.

Hi Rajan,
You need to create Enhancement Implementation only in the points where SAP has provided you with
Enhancement Points
Enhancement Section
Enhancement Spots.
You should not create a enhancement point. If you are creating it, it is a Modification of the code and not Enhancement. Hence it does not allow you to create implmentation of the same.
We have been provided with Implicit and Explicit Enhancement options and we need to use that.
If you are using an Implicit Enhancement already provided by SAP, then it could be an issue with the creation. Just UNDO the creation adn try re-doing the implementation again.
Best Regards,
Ram.
