    Hi,

Even after you define IT0014 and IT0015 in infogroup of the action, IT 0014 will not appear while running separation action. If there is data in IT0015, it will appear while running the action. As a normal practice, do not delimit IT0008, IT0014, IT0015 while separation.

In that case, you should have two actions. 1. Suspension 2. Revoke of suspension. Below are the infogroups and employement status for both the actions below is the scenario:

      1. Suspension action: IT0000 - Actions - Copy, employement status will be inactive. Payroll will not be run when the employee is in inactive status.

      2. Revoke of Suspension: IT0000-Actions - Copy, employement status will be active. Payroll will be run from the date he comes back from suspension.

You can add Infotypes as per the requirement. Basically, if you want to change his employee group, location etc, you will include respective infotypes.

    Hi,

Infotypes 14 & 15 will appear only there is some data stored in it by the time the action is performed.
