SAP E-Recruiting : Two candidate profile for same candidate

Hi,

I am implementing SAP e-Recruiting for one of client .Here in my case SAP HCM & E-recruitment are on saparate system. I perform all e-Recruitment process (as per client requirment ) and transfer a candidate for hiring from e-recruitment system to HCM system through standard Data transfer activity and hire him through PA48. Now through ALE i transfer that employee back into e-Recruitment system to create him as internal candidate. Every thing works fine but when i see in e-Recruitment there are two candidate profile for same candidate one is External candidate and one is internal candidate and there is no linkage between them.

So any budy can tell me what part of config i have missed or any other activity needs to perform.

or is there any problem in ALE ?

I am transferring that employee through PFAL transaction and using message type HRMD_A .

Hello,

It is impossible that you will find 2 profiles for a candidate by doing an ALE data transfer. Only data transfered through ALE would have a reference to the Pernr and would be associated to Internal candidate role through the reference user RCF_INTERNAL_CANDIDATE.

Can you provide details on how & ehere exactly did you check the candidates profile?

Hi Raj,

I am checking it from login into e-Recruitment portal and i see there are two candidate one is Internal and another one is external candidate with same details and i also check their NA (Candidate) ID both are different.

We have the same issue and trying to figure out how we can merge the 2 profiles so one person has one profile instead of 2
