    hi

you can analyze using TCODE MCI7

But aware, you should create the notification with respect to functional location, then only you will be able to get break down for functional location...likewise for equipment also...

    Hi,

MCI7 will give you breakdown data for functional location if the notifications have a reference object as only Functional Location. Pls understand that MCI7 will not generate a report for FL if a notification is made for an equipment installed at a functional location. You have to particularly specify the Functional location only.

Also note that when u create a notification, the equipment field is mandatory. Customize the notification type to make equipment field optional. Then only u'll be able to make a notification on FL.
