Capacity Formula for Fixed Processing Time

I am in the chemical processing industry and I have a single operation in my order to create a batch of semi-finished product. The duration is the same regardless of the batch size used in the order. i.e 48 hours to make 500kg or 2500kg.

Which capacity formula settings should I use for these resources?

Tks

    Hi,

Please go to OP17 & create a Formula Parameter for Work Center (eg: ZSAP02) . Then go to OP21 & define a Formula for Work Center, inside this define the formula as = ZSAP02, tick the appropriate indicators & save.

This newly created formula can then be used in the resource.

    Regards,

    Subha.

    hai,

because irrespective of base qty , your m/c duration is 48 hours,

in formula or sheduling you can give only duration . so in formula op21, give the duration activity which have been created through op7b.
