Grouping in column wise

Morning all,

I was wondering how can you show a group in a column wise format? I have created a group of a formula (Number of days) and it is showing row wise. I'd like to show it as column wise.

For example currently

0

1

2

3

4

5

I would like it to show it like

0 1 2 3 4 5

Any ideas?

regards

Hi Jehanzeb,

Is the number of rows fixed with a maximum. For instance if you have 6 columns then you might be able to pivot the data against the rownumber

Alan,

I have sorted that out however now I am stuck how to create cumulative percentage manually.

I'll create a new thread for that now.

Oh and for answering my question at first, you hit a jackpot of 10 Stars!! )

I used another approach.

here how I did it/

I grouped it by number of days in ascending order.I then used formula (from 0 to 10 days)

If {@NumofDays}="0" then
if ({order_header.order_status})>0 then
if ({order_header.order_status})>-1 then
({order_header.order_no})

and placed all of them in the detail section.

Oh before that as it stated I placed a Numberofdays formula field in the detail section as well. (I then hide the details section)

Then I used a Summary button and used DistinctCount on the Grand Total.

After placing all the summaries I ran the report and it worked.
