For workflow you can't find Job in SM37.

    1) If you trigger a workflow, in T.code SBWP Outbox > Started Workflow you can find the status.

    2) In SWEL (Event Trace) you can find the Trace of the all the workflow, provided you event trace is switched on.

    3) As a Workflow Admin in T.code SWI1 you can execute and find the status of the Workflows.
