Reg:Workflow triggering

Hi,

Can anyone help me out from this problem in Work flow triggering. I had created a Work flow upon execution it is generating mails to my Outlook .But i want to trigger my work flow automatically when a P.R is refused so i used BUS2105 event REJECTION.When the event is triggered my work flow is not starting but showing the status as Ready .

How can i overcome this?

    Hi Nandi,

    1. Activate the event trace using t-code SWELS.

    2. Test your workflow by setting a P.R to refused and check if the event REJECTION is triggered.

    3. Check in t-code SWEL if your workflow is a recipient of the BUS2105 event REJECTION.

If all the 3 steps are ok, then your workflow should get triggered else not.

Also debug your workflow to check at wish step is it going to 'Ready' state.

Do revert back in case of any issues.

    Hi,

Goto T.Code SM58, if you find entry related to your workflow.

    Select and execute it.

    Hi,

Check SWETYPV , SWEL wether ur BO/Event is linked with ur Workflow.

Or u can check wether u have correctly assigned the agent or not.

Make task as a general task.

Create BO in both workflow container and Task Container.

    Do proper binding.

    Hope it helps u!

    Hi Nandi,

Please check the Binding between the WF Container and the Event Container.

Also check the Agent Assignment for the task which says 'ready', if no agent is assigned, do assign agent as 'General Task'.

    Hope this helps u..!!
