goods issue date is holiday in factory calender

Hi all

goods issue issue date appearing in the delivery is holiday in the factory calender .

please let me know what could be wrong

Dear Anil,

T. Code: OP03 - Factory Calendar

There, you will find two tabs:

1. Maintain

2. Plant Assignment

In Tab: maintain, create holidays and assign the holidays in "Holiday Calendar". Create "Factory Calender" and assign the Holiday Calendar in Factory Calendar.

In Tab: Plant Assignment, Assign "Factory Calendar" to Plant.

For all purposes, for that plant, including FI transactions, this assignment is the base.

Now, in your case, the date on which you wanna "Goods Issue", might be defined as "Holiday".

Just check the same and exclude the same from the calendar, if, GI needs to made.

Please check the calendar assigned to the Shipping Point. That day could be a working day as per that calendar.

Dear Anil,

Sorry ,Iam not clear what you are asking !!

Even though as per my under standing

In which date you are trying to do PGI for the delivery on that date kept as holiday in the factory calendar so system is not allowing you to do the PGI.

Try with other date.

Hoilday date should not appear ther as per muy understanding
