ML81N- Maintain a static or reset the value in ESDUS table

Hi MM Experts,

Issue -

For Table ESDUS, Action: ML81N, Element: DOCK_WIDTH, The "Active" Field, keeps on changing for a user as per the activity performed

Esdus table is updated with a value ( eg: 250) for field 'Active', but when user performs Dragging the Dock Width and check Service entry sheets in ML81N, value gets changed from 250 to the other value, hence it is required to keep on updating the table with a particular value , eg: 250

Is it possible to have value in field 'Active' to be static or reset to a value to ( eg 250 ) when the user login again irrespective of last activity performed by user in ML81N tcode.

Regards,

Sheetal

I think the main purpose of this table is to store dynamically the last used settings so that it starts the transaction again with the same settings you had made previously.

If you want always your 250, then set it once and don't change it anymore. If you change it, then the settings were probably not satisfactory, would you then really want this setting back which you always have to change again?

Hi Jurgen ,

Is there a settings available for user profiles to reset the value automatically when the login to again.

No there is not such setting. But you can schedule the report ZDELEDUS to reset the settings over night to the SAP standard. (We would have a serious talk if my personal settings get removed every night)
