AR Invoice

Hi,

Can an Bill consists of N number of Invoices. If so how it can be possible in SAP b1 application.

    Sandy,

    I am assuming you are referring to a billing note where you want to give your customer a billing note wiht a list of all open invoices.

    I had a similar requirement, and i used the Sales > Sales Reports > Open item list.

    Under the open documents list, you can select AR INvoice and further use the filter option on the toolbar to show only invoices open for a particular customer.

    Thereafter, you can edit the print layout in PLD to show it as a Billing Note.

    Hi,

    I assume BILL refers to Statement of Account

    and N NUMBER OF INVOICE refers to Open Invoices of a particular Customer

    If the above assumptions are correct, then you can use the Customer Aging Report, modify its PLD in order for you to come up with your own layout.
