Hi all,

Kindly explain

How many max number of line items in PO possible to create ?

I want to restrict max 50 line items in PO. How to restrict?

Hi,

The maximum number of line items in a PO is technically limited to 99999 as the field length of the item number is 5.

the limitiation in Fi-document to 999 where in the field length in FI is only 3) has certainly some impact to a goods receipt, but not directly to a PO.

hi there is no staandard tool available for this ...

you have to take help of ABAPer and get z progrmmme written for the application you want to get ti.
